What actually happens here?
This isn't a packed itinerary where you're rushed from tourist trap to tourist trap. It's 4 nights and 5 days of dancing, good food, and real connections with 10 to 20 people who love the exact same things you do.
Urban Kiz & Real Connection
Our primary instructor, Waylon, leads the Urban Kiz curriculum. You're not going to be standing in the back of a room with 500 other people trying to see what the instructor is doing.
Because our group is capped at around 20 people, you get genuine, hands-on time with Waylon and any special guest instructors. The socials aren't overwhelming, the vibe is supportive, and you'll leave a better dancer than when you arrived.
Sun, Sea, and Private Catamaran Sailing
You can't come to Barbados and not get out on the water. One of the undisputed highlights of the retreat is our 4-hour private coastal charter aboard the 44-foot catamaran Cat-O-Nine, operated by Cat-O-Nine Cruises Barbados.
We take our entire private cohort out along the west coast. Good music, open bar, fresh catered island food, and swimming right alongside sea turtles and historic Carlisle Bay shipwrecks. It's the ultimate reset before evening socials.

The Real Oistins
When it's time to eat, we aren't hiding you in a private, sanitized resort dining room. We're going to Oistins.
You're going to stand in line, smell the incredible food, hear the music, talk to the locals, and eat the best fresh-caught fish of your life. This is what we mean by authentic. You get the white-glove treatment where it matters (like transportation, organization, and boutique lodging), but you get the real Barbados everywhere else.
