"Upscale doesn't mean taking you away from the real Barbados. It means you're taken care of from the moment you arrive, while still getting to experience Barbados the way we know it."
Island Flow was created for people who love Urban Kiz but want more than flying somewhere just to dance inside a ballroom. We want you dancing, learning, and connecting with people who share that love, while also experiencing the Barbados we know.
Eating where we eat. Hearing our music. Meeting our people. Being around the culture.
The dancing may be what brings you here, but Barbados is part of the experience.
Dance Is the Connection
Urban Kiz is at the heart of Island Flow. You'll have dedicated time to learn, practice, and dance with Waylan while still having room to experience the island.
We're not squeezing a vacation around a dance schedule or squeezing a few classes into a vacation. The two are meant to flow together.
Authenticity Over Isolation
We don't take something like Oistins and recreate it privately somewhere just to make it feel more "exclusive."
We take you to Oistins.
Stand in line. Smell the food cooking. Talk to people. Hear the music. Experience Barbados as Barbados.
We take care of the details so you can enjoy the experience without us separating you from the island that you came to see.
Small By Design
Island Flow is intentionally limited to 10-20 guests.
This isn't a massive festival where you disappear into the crowd. We want enough people to create great energy on the dance floor, but few enough that you actually know who you're sharing the experience with.
Five days of dancing, exploring, eating, laughing, and experiencing Barbados together.
By the end, our hope is that it feels less like a group you traveled with and more like a little family.
